This exhibit will showcase pieces at the intersection of light, energy, and movement. We are currently seeking proposals for projects doing strange things with electricity that are animated, kinetic or interactive. While we expect to exhibit artists and technologists largely form the Dorkbot community, we are open to proposals from any person passionate about playing with technology as a creative medium in new and exciting ways. If interested, please send an email letter to shellyhivemind, gmail by Friday Nov 9th: Email Letter In your email letter, please include: 1. Contact information: include the artist's name, mailing address, daytime phone number, and email address. If a collaborative project, include all participating artists' names but indicate which is to be the primary contact. 2. Personal Statement and Related Work: Include a brief biographical summary of each collaborator, indicating the artists' past experiences with related work. Please provide up to ten digital images or videos of previously completed representative work.
