"Jones Prize" free-energy device contest

1. To qualify as a "free energy device", the submitted apparatus must meet
   the following terms and conditions: It must be a free-standing device
   that requires no external connections of any type; employment of any
   external energy source such as electricity, radiation (including
   nuclear,solar, infrared, microwave, or any other type of
   electromagnetic energy), wind, or water is prohibited.

2. The device must be delivered to my location and set up in a special
   designated room which is sealed and arranged for remote monitoring by
   closed-circuit video.

3. The device must produce energy in an extractable, measurable form.

4.  The device must operate while unaided and untouched  continuously for
    a period of five thousand (5,000) hours.
